1. Information Collected or Received

myPolicy will not sell or disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy.

As a myPolicy member you are required to provide a valid email address at registration.

myPolicy will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want myPolicy to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account. Following account deactivation, public information such as your username, public bio, items listed, public comments, favourites and follows will be removed. Private communication between users such as chats and offers made are not information that is specific to your account alone. As such, these are not part of your account and will not be deleted upon account deactivation.

We will retain personal data in accordance with the Privacy Laws and/or other applicable laws. That is, we will destroy or anonymise your personal data as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personal data; (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes.
